Annette has been working in real estate for a number of years and brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service and property management. Dennis is not a normal Real Estate Agent. He is a marketing guy. He knows how to get the best value from your house. He had me pull all the furniture out of the house and had it staged. When he was done with the house....I wanted to buy it. It sold the first week with multiple offers.
You need to trust that Dennis knows what works and what is the best way to sell your house. I know that it is tough but he really knows how to sell a house. He works with first class people and he is an honest guy. Not too many of these people make it in sales. I have already recommended him to many people that I know. I first off want to start by saying that Dennis is such a caring, cheerful , and hard-working person! We first used him to help us find our very first home which was an extremely hard task with our budget and wanting to buy in the Bay Area but he definitely came through!
